A unique luxury 6 bedroom self-catering holiday villa, near the golf course in Esentepe, North Cyprus. The villa features six en-suite bedrooms, a magnificent terrace and infinity pool, a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area perfect for socialising with friends and family. Each room is fully equipped with high quality furniture, appliances and accessories for a relaxing holiday. Parking, Wi-Fi throughout the property, 4 bikes, a canoe and table tennis are available free of charge for guests to use.

Baby cots and high chairs are also available for families with children. A dedicated housekeeper will be available to help you during your stay at villa; 4 hours housekeeping services included in the price, towels will be changed every 3 days and bed linen will be changed once a week; plus the option of extra help with things like shopping or cooking for an additional charge. Pool and garden maintenance are all taken care of. This large villa is perfect for luxury wedding venues, anniversary celebration, family reunion and other special events.

  • Bedroom 2: a double bed, a shared balcony with sea views, en-suite shower room, as well as air conditioning, central heating and a ceiling fan.
  • Bedroom 3: A queen size bed,a luxurious walk-in wardrobe area, en suite with both bath and shower facilities. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the sea, forest and the pool area.
  • Downstairs, you will find three further bedrooms, each leading out onto the terrace and the pool area. This area also has an additional guest WC and a cloak room for extra convenience.
  • Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a double sofa bed and can be used as a study room for smaller parties, features a sofa bed and its own en suite shower and toilet.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Your deposit will be refunded automatically 2 weeks after the check out date if no damage claim is made.
Prices include:
  • The on-site housekeeper will clean the property, can provide services such as help you with grocerie, cooking, room service, cleaning, washing and shopping for up to 8 hours per day, except Sundays. The housekeeping service is obligatory, except Sundays.
  • 700 Kws electric per week which is sufficient for normal usage, and excess usage is chargeable at €0.60 per Kws.
  • Normal Water usage.
